We conduct a school clean up campaign.
We design a hallway mural about
the school history. We sponsor a
"Keep our school Beautiful
campaign. “Clean up”
Days one observed throughout the
year.
|
| Reading |
A
lot of emphasis is given to writing
when English language is being taught
at pre-primary level and listening
and reading skills are neglected.
Tulip has integrated the two. Beacon
Readers are used to teach reading
through “Look and read"
method, without mugging up the context.
At the end of the year children
can identify the learnt words, anywhere
and everywhere.
|
| Mother's Day |
A unique feature
in the pre-primary is the Mother's
Day held monthly, bringing closer
interaction between parent teacher
and child.
The Day is either based on a theme
or mothers attending the class with
the children to learn the teaching
methods. It is a day of fun and learning.
